This study identifies gaps in HR SS benchmarking data specific to the service center and center of expertise (CoE) staffing and performance metrics, targeting HRSS organizations with a service center and CoEs.

On November 15, 2021, the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act or IIJA was passed. This act allows funds to be authorized to highways, highway safety programs, as well as other transit programs.
