Trey Robinson, partner and finance and accounting practice area leader at ScottMadden, will co-present with Jennifer Moline,Director, International Accounting/Finance at Verizon Communications, Inc., a track session, “People: The Most Important Element of Your Shared Services Journey.” This session will focus on the considerations to have for the project team, internal customers, company leaders, impacted employees, and other stakeholders when dealing with the challenges of change management.
