The course, offered by the American Gas Association (AGA) and the Edison Electric Institute (EEI), will focus on advanced industry accounting topics.
Rick Starkweather, partner and regulatory practice leader at ScottMadden, will present “Rate Case Preparation and Management.” This session will review the key steps involved in preparing and managing rate cases to help conference participants replenish and update their rate case skill set.

Our session will provide an overview of leading practices,” said Mr. Starkweather. “Utilities are continuing to experience an erosion of their internal rate case knowledge through retirements and employee reassignments and turnover.
