Mr. Robinson will also chair the GBS stream and present the session, “Living Up to the Hype – What Defines a True GBS? What Challenges Can You Expect and What Are the Benefits?” This session will review the definition of true GBS and the characteristics of the model. Attendees will also gain insight into the challenges of the transition and discover the benefits of moving their shared services organization to this new delivery model.
