This session provided the audience an in-depth view into the fundamentals of setting up a successful people analytics organization, as well as important regulatory developments in the HCM space.
Presented by Tina Krebs, partner at ScottMadden, and Rachel Atterberry, partner at Freeborn & Peters LLP, this session included an overview of how HR can provide value to the organization, a broad overview of trends in HCM, and a deep dive into People Analytics and setting up the appropriate functions. Rachel Atterberry then provided in-depth commentary on how certain employment actions as a result of talent analytics can have significant repercussions.
