ScottMadden, Inc., a general management consulting firm, has partnered with the American Productivity & Quality Center (APQC), a benchmarking and best practices research organization, to engage participants in a new benchmarking study focused exclusively on Finance Shared Services Organizations (SSOs).
Unlike general finance benchmark studies, the Finance Shared Services Benchmarking Study provides benchmarks specific to the processes handled by SSOs to give participants a better understanding of performance compared to peer organizations on costs, staffing levels, and productivity measures. This study also provides qualitative information about delivery models and otherSSO practices to provide insight on leading practices.
