ScottMadden, Inc., a general management consulting firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Marty Jacobsen as partner. Mr. Jacobsen brings with him nearly 35 years of consulting experience, focused on utility and supply chain solutions. His areas of specialty include business unit strategy development, operationalizing strategy, post-merger integration, process redesign, strategic sourcing, governance architectures, and project management.

Prior to joining ScottMadden, Mr. Jacobsen served as founder and managing director of Viking Partners, LLC, a strategic and operational advisory firm. His past consulting experience also included roles as partner of utility and supply chain at Mercer Management Consulting; partner of utility and supply chain solutions practices at Computer Sciences Corporation; and consultant and case team leader at Theodore Barry & Associates. Mr. Jacobsen earned an M.B.A. in entrepreneurship and innovation from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Cornell University.
