ScottMadden, Inc., one of North America’s leading energy consulting firms, will join top energy experts at The EnerNOC EnergySMART Conference being held April 4–6 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in Washington, DC.
During this event, Cristin Lyons, partner and grid transformation practice leader at ScottMadden, will serve as a panelist during the Energy Pivot for Utilities & Retailers track. Designed specifically for energy service providers, this track will help attendees hone their knowledge of industry trends, customer needs and expectations, and available opportunities to deliver an experience that enhances their business customer relationships.
Ms. Lyons will join Brooke Reilly of Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) and Lisa Jacobson of The Business Council for Sustainable Energy (BCSE) to serve as a panelist for the session, “Engaging Customers in a Lower-Carbon Grid.” This track will explore how distributed energy resources (DERs) combined with demand-side management programs, products, and services offer opportunities to serve business customers in new ways. Attendees will learn how to enhance demand flexibility to reduce costs for themselves and their customers and to manage the grid’s carbon intensity.
