Exploring Ways to Enhance Shared Services, Improve Operations, and Increase Shareholder Value
ScottMadden, Inc., a general management consulting firm, recently joined forces with ADP to co-sponsor the 19th Semi-Annual Shared Services Executive Forum in Philadelphia. The event, hosted by Comcast, explored ways to enhance shared services and provide innovative ways to improve operations and increase shareholder value.
The forum featured networking opportunities and roundtable discussions, facilitated by ScottMadden, and focused on topics driven by participants. The intimate format allowed participants to share key areas of interest, including innovation in technology, growth strategies, sourcing options, and data security for shared services.
