Designed by ScottMadden and facilitated by the American Productivity & Quality Center (APQC), this study provides reliable, comparative benchmarking data that companies can use to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their HR shared services.
At this event, ScottMadden will feature its HR analytics survey, which measures trends and impacts related to use of a formal analytics function. Participants will receive a detailed report of all metrics and qualitative results upon survey close.
